ABOUT US!

 

Our center was established in 1974 as an outreach service through the East Peoria First United Methodist Church under the name Hansel and Gretel. We later changed our name to Leap of Faith in 2017. We are a small center and care for children ages 2-5 years old.

Here at Leap of Faith, we are a faith-based preschool program that focuses on learning through play and experience. In addition to our academic curriculum, we use "Play N Worship" to teach non-denominational familiar Bible stories and concepts.

 

Our teachers have been trained in Conscious Discipline. This helps us create a "school family" where children feel safe and learn how to control their emotions and positively communicate their feelings. Our program is designed to be a fun, safe, and well-rounded experience to help prepare your child for kindergarten academically, socially, and emotionally.
